BBGA chooses Blazeo Voice to scale their intake funnel across multiple areas and industries
As of March 2024 we have renamed Apexchat to Blazeo. We are excited to share the next part of our journey with our customers and partners.
The name ApexChat implies that we are primarily a chat company, which is no longer true. Now we have many offerings, such as call center services, AI, Appointment setting, SMS Enablement, Market Automation, and Sales acceleration (Q2 2024), that go beyond chat. The new name will not only allow us to convey the breadth of our offering but will also better convey our company’s mission and values.
Blazeo, which is derived from the word Blaze, evokes a sense of passion, speed, and energy. A “Blaze” is captivating, illuminates, and represents explosive growth. Blazeo encapsulates our mission to ignite such growth for our customers and partners by delivering innovation with passion, speed, and energy.
For the past 40 years, Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley (BBGA) has proudly served Georgia, aka the state of The Bulldogs. They have a mission to help families and businesses in personal injury, tax and estate planning, real estate, and medical malpractice among others. With a robust team of 20+ attorneys, the BBGA team brings vast knowledge and 200 years of combined experience and dedication to the larger community of the State of Georgia.
Allie Jackson is the Marketing Director at BBGA. She oversees all local advertising, digital marketing, SEO, and public relations – working closely with BBGA attorneys and the intake team. She is focused on maximizing BBGA’s presence in their community whether it’s supporting local events or simply being there 24/7 and answering the phone whenever it might ring.
20+ Attorneys | 200 years of experience combined
“Can our local community reach us promptly when they need us the most?” Allie comes back to this simple question to guide her marketing efforts. She is sensitive to the fact that personal injury victims might need their expertise rapidly, and during after-hours and on holidays. She doesn’t consider sending people a voice message as an option as it wouldn’t match the level of care and attention BBGA is committed to embody at their firm. Additionally, Allie informs that having studied the expectations of personal injury victims, not answering the phone when it rings could mean losing business to competition.
After rounds of disappointment with two different call center services, Allie and the BBGA Intake team found relief in Blazeo Voice service. They feel that they have found a service that they can trust to answer calls 24/7 like an extension of their team. The BBGA Intake team is especially pleased working with the Blazeo Voice team implementing custom details for different categories of calls to speed up their intake process. Blazeo’s US based voice agents capture important details such as statute of limitations, location, or something as simple as the correct spelling of customer names and contact details, which is often overlooked by other call center services despite being a critical component to develop and scale an intake funnel.
As Allie and the Intake team develop and iterate on their intake process, Blazeo Voice team walks alongside them, implementing important details that need to be incorporated into each call or lead delivery notification. The level of personalization Blazeo Voice team can achieve promptly has been very critical to the success of BBGA’s marketing and intake process.
Using Blazeo Voice, BBGA fulfills the promise to pick up the phone 24/7, ie. whenever their clients are in need. Blazeo Voice agents are trained for BBGA’s specific needs and preferences, so when clients call, they are provided with a seamless customer service and intake process that embodies the firm’s reputation. With most calls being answered within the first 10 seconds, BBGA ensures that they are the go-to representation for personal injury victims and other legal needs of the larger Georgia community.
