Why the name change?

The name ApexChat implies that we are primarily a chat company, which is no longer true. Now we have many offerings, such as call center services, AI, Appointment setting, SMS Enablement, Market Automation, and Sales acceleration (Q2 2024), that go beyond chat. The new name will not only allow us to convey the breadth of our offering but will also better convey our company’s mission and values.

How Do We Send Chats as Conversions to Adwords?

  1. In your Adwords account, go under Tools
    -> Conversions->Add New Conversion.
  2. Enter a Conversion Name and select Source as Webpage.
  3. Choose the appropriate setup option in the following screens.
  4. At the end, you will receive a Javascript code snippet.

Repeat the above steps if you want to see BOTH Chats and Leads.

Please send us that snippets and after we add these snippets to your account set up, you will start seeing data in Adwords within 24 hours. Data will only show for those website visitors who came to your website by clicking on Adword Ads.
