As of March 2024 we have renamed Apexchat to Blazeo. We are excited to share the next part of our journey with our customers and partners.
The name ApexChat implies that we are primarily a chat company, which is no longer true. Now we have many offerings, such as call center services, AI, Appointment setting, SMS Enablement, Market Automation, and Sales acceleration (Q2 2024), that go beyond chat. The new name will not only allow us to convey the breadth of our offering but will also better convey our company’s mission and values.
Blazeo, which is derived from the word Blaze, evokes a sense of passion, speed, and energy. A “Blaze” is captivating, illuminates, and represents explosive growth. Blazeo encapsulates our mission to ignite such growth for our customers and partners by delivering innovation with passion, speed, and energy.
This month we're introducing some exciting changes to our Messaging Dashboard for our clients. Let’s take a look at the exciting updates being released this month.

The messaging dashboard signup is a way for businesses who wish to have their own team members chat with their website visitors.
Fill out the sign-up form in your customer portal to request access for your company's employees.
The new suggestion area allows your team to easily access pre-defined statements available to your team.
In the future, you will have the ability to edit and add new statements for each user.
The auto-suggestions feature will allow your team to quickly select statements from your suggestion area from the typing area. The user can enable the option from the settings section.
The messaging dashboard will provide commonly used statements from the suggestion area based on what the users are typing in the input field. This will help improve the response time.
The chat History section has been added to the Messaging Dashboard. Here you can find all the previous chat conversations you’ve had with your website visitors.
This will allow you to track your chat conversation history better while centralizing all your lead information in one easy-to-use platform.
In this update, we’re brought enhanced capabilities to our messaging dashboard for our operator-only clients. You can now handle agent-transferred SMS chats and web chats that were transferred from our agents in the new messaging dashboard!
This change will help increase conversion rates from SMS and web chats for clients who take their own chats via our Messaging dashboard.
