As of March 2024 we have renamed Apexchat to Blazeo. We are excited to share the next part of our journey with our customers and partners.
The name ApexChat implies that we are primarily a chat company, which is no longer true. Now we have many offerings, such as call center services, AI, Appointment setting, SMS Enablement, Market Automation, and Sales acceleration (Q2 2024), that go beyond chat. The new name will not only allow us to convey the breadth of our offering but will also better convey our company’s mission and values.
Blazeo, which is derived from the word Blaze, evokes a sense of passion, speed, and energy. A “Blaze” is captivating, illuminates, and represents explosive growth. Blazeo encapsulates our mission to ignite such growth for our customers and partners by delivering innovation with passion, speed, and energy.

We appreciate your patience, and we are very excited to continue to build and deliver incremental improvements in the upcoming months.
This is the MVP (minimum viable product) of the new interface. We will continue to add additional features in the coming months. Stay tuned for more updates!
What are the advantages of this new portal design?
Our team is excited to offer a smoother process for both customers & partners to make changes on the fly. Our goal is to streamline the existing portal experience by making it easier to navigate and make changes to your accounts in a timely manner.

Portal Roadmap
As we test this new layout, users will be allowed to navigate between the existing chat dashboard, portal, and the new portal.
Our team will continue to deliver incremental improvements and complete the original design over the coming months.
Once the new portal has been completed, all accounts will be gradually migrated over to the new portal layout.
What's new in this portal?
All users of the system will see a Navigation Bar on the top of the chat dashboard or portal. The users will see different options based on their account permissions.
